My project now has a name: MCWE (Media Center Web Extender). It was also approved and now has a place at SourceForge (yes the program will be open source). GPL Power!

Now the only thing really holding me back is the fact that the MediaStatus does not return the correct information when it’s in IIS. Of course, my form may be all wrong too. I really need to figure out how to update text boxes and the like without a page refresh. Time to read my new ASP.NET 2.0 eBook…

If you find an interest in this little project and know .NET (VB/C#/ASP, any language–that’s why .NET is so beautiful!) or can design a webpage to die for, leave a comment. I’d love to gather ideas on this masterpiece.
